Route Plan
Day 1: Upington/ Kgalagadi Transfrontier (L.D) Lodge

Kalahari awaits our arrival. We depart from Upington and continue towards the endless red Kalahari sand dunes. These vast open lands with endless streets of sand dunes are vegetated and home to a great variety of life. The 3-4 hour journey from Upington will introduce you the vast landscape the Kalahari. 300km (own meals)

Day 2,3,4: Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park (B.L.D) Lodge

The Kgalagadi Park is based around two river beds the Aub & the Nossob River. Along these river beds are surrounded by streets of sand dunes and waterholes. We have 2 days to explore the very sensitive eco system of the Kgalagadi. Our mornings will start with a game drive and we will have a picnic style lunch on route. 120km

Day 5: Grunau – Fish River Canyon (B.L*) Lodge (Visit the Fish River Canyon)
We welcome our overnight stop at the Molopo lodge. Our morning will be spend on a long game drive towards the main Camp Twee Rivieren and from there the 45 km to Molopo will end our Kalahari adventure, before crossing to Namibia the following day. 400km

Day 6, 7, 8, 9, 10: Richtersveld - Orange River (B.L.D) Tented Camp & Camping on the River 
Our journey heads back south towards the Orange River at Vioolsdrift. Our day is spent travelling through the southern part of Namibia and crossing the border back to South Africa. This night we will be camping next to the Orange River at our river base camp before embarking on the river adventure that awaits us over the next few days. 400km

Day 11: Augrabies/ Kakemas hotel (B.L*) Hotel
The final leg of our Transfrontier safari will lead us via Springbok past Pofadder towards some of the largest vineyards in southern Africa. Our visit will be to Augrabies Falls and a wine cellar of our choice. 380km

Day 12: Upington (B) Tour ends on arrival 12:00pm
